5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Bets placed after a sporting event has concluded, or where the outcome is already known, will be void and any stake returned.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bk233 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited activities listed in Clause 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested, or submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity documents.
• Any indication that the account is being used for purposes other than personal entertainment, including commercial betting syndicate activity or third-party account management.

Upon account closure, bk233 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play where wagering requirements have not been met) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bk233 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to bk233 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
